By downloading, accessing, or using Aura (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

Aura provides prayer times and related features based on your selected or device location. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Aura may offer auto-renewable subscriptions ("Aura+") to unlock premium features.

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal charges: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your selected plan.
  • Manage/cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Prices and durations are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Apple Standard EULA

If you are using Aura on iOS, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), where applicable. View Apple's Standard EULA.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt it.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Prayer time calculations may vary based on calculation method, location accuracy, and device settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
